ATF Yorkshire and East Midlands Field Meeting at Chatsworth Estate

Location: Chatsworth Estate

PLEASE ACCEPT OUR APOLOGIES – THIS EVENT IS NOW FULL, PLEASE CONTACT US ON THE LINK BELOW TO GO ON THE WAITING LIST

The inaugural meeting of the ATF Yorkshire and East Midlands will be at Chatsworth Estate on Saturday 12 May. John Everitt, Chatsworth’s Head Forester, will lead you on a walk in to the private Old Deer Park to look at the Peak District’s best ancient trees – you’ll also look at other notable trees on the estate.

Apologies for the clash with the Arboricultural Association’s Arbshow, but this was the only date available to grab this exciting opportunity to spend some time in the Old Deer Park.

  • Please bring your own packed lunch/refreshments. There are cafe facilities but there is no guarantee of being near them when we stop for lunch.
  • Wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear.
  • Timings are likely to be 10.00-mid afternoon.
